What will I be doing?
- Overseeing and reviewing quality of clinical work and documents
- Conducting performance reviews
- Provide support to families and staff in challenging situations
- Reviewing and assigning cases
- Offering individual and group supervision
- Conducting assessments for clients
- Providing conferences and/or trainings
- Collaborating with School Staff, Specialists, Targeted Case Managers, etc. to provide efficient treatment
Am I a good fit?
- Experience and confidence implementing evidence based practices
- Experience in program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking
- Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Required
- Must be Qualified Supervisor in FL
