Job description

Our client is looking for a clinician in the Shirley, MA area. Must have Masters Degree, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and current Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or BCBA licensure. Candidate must be willing to travel as you will be required to be in office and travel within assigned region.

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: F/T, Flexible

Travel: Travel will be required.Will conduct site visits along with working out of the regional office. Mileage reimbursement offered.

Summary:

  • Develop and implement behavior plans
  • Provide clinical oversight of assigned individuals
  • Attend critical psychiatric appointments
  • Attend required individual and team meetings
  • Provide clinical assessments
  • Provide and supervise assigned trainings for staff, individuals, and caregivers
  • Participate as a member of clinical/administrative teams
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, funding sources and other stakeholders
  • Provide group and individual therapy
  • Other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Current Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or BCBA licensure
  • Experience working in the ABA field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • CBT or DBT training (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
