Acara Solutions is looking for CNC Lathe Machinists for our client in Gilbert, AZ
Pay Rate: $25-34/HR DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requires the ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications or equivalent.
- Set up, operate, and adjusts semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequence of operations.
- Requires knowledge of operations including drilling, boring and milling, turning, etc., employing recognized tooling and procedures and where tolerances are close, but not difficult to maintain.
- Operators may run more than one unit simultaneously.
- Must be able to check parts for conformance to specifications.
- Maintain, implement, and improve 5-S Principles.
Shift: 2pm-11pm
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum High School l Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years related training or work experience.
- Ensure they can manage multiple machines at once/same time
- Familiarity with setting up and running 3 and 4 axis CNC lathes
- Ability to read & follow verbal & written work instructions in the English language.
- Experience in computer operated machines, not just manual machine experience
