We have part-time or full-time gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, preschool, and events coaching positions here at WCC. These employees all report to our REC, Preschool, and Events coordinators.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Work with your fellow staff to provide a class or event experience that meets the expectations of WCC and the Biles family. Coach all levels, ages, and program groups that you are qualified. Staff and assist with special events, open gyms, birthday parties, clinics, camps, and more. Assist with communication regarding special events and activities in and outside of the facility. Follow the appropriate learning goals and lesson plans for the level or class you are coaching. Create a positive and engaging class environment that ensures athletes have a positive and educational experience. Maintain all required certifications. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Attend required meetings, training, and workshops. Have a positive and professional attitude that reflects the values and purpose of World Champions Centre.

**INTERVIEW PROCESS** Here at WCC, we maintain a positive gym culture, we utilize background checks, professional and personal references to have a thorough background screening process. We interview briefly over the phone, in person, and on the floor around our awesome staff. We look forward to you applying and joining our team here at WCC!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
