The Role

The Coffee Associate performs a variety of roles across our packaging, extraction, and fulfillment operations: inclusive of sanitizing the equipment, basic material handling, sub-assembly operations, and light manual assembly. Team members are expected to actively participate in daily group huddles, safety discussions, and other company-directed continuous improvement activities to help identify and address known opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do:

• Crosstrain in multiple areas on the production floor
• Material handling
• Light assembly
• Sanitizing equipment
• Follow safety protocols
• Escalate safety issues or concerns as needed to the area supervisor
• Participate in all assigned activities to support company objectives

What we're looking for:

• Team players
• Ability to multitask and switch jobs/projects with transitional ease
• Good communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement
• Natural ability to understand and work with machinery

Requirements:

• No manufacturing experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 25lbs
