JobTracks Caribbean is currently seeking Collections Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. Collections Specialist will need to strike a balance between maintaining trusted relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Job Responsibilities for Collections Specialist

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data of each debt or invoice
• Locate and contact customers to ask about past due payments
• Take measures to promote the timely payment of the debt
• Troubleshoot billing and customer credit issues
• Update account statement records and collection efforts.
• Report collection activity and the status of accounts receivable.

Job Requirements for Collections Specialist

• A Collections Specialist needs to be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Demonstrable experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar position
• A Collections Specialist should have knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (eg, debtor tracking).
• Familiarity with debt collection laws
• A Collections Specialist should have working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Patience and ability to manage stress
• A Collections Specialist should have capabilities to solve problems
• Fourth year completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
