Collections Team Lead

With a long history as a stable employer, we are looking for candidates with strong collections experience to join our team. As a Collections Team Lead, you will manage and grow a dedicated team of Collections / Accounts Receivable Specialists on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities
Manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Associates / Specialists and onboard new talent.
Develop the team through mentoring and coaching.
Perform quality auditing and monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide the team with strategies to reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.
Minimum Requirements
High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years’ experience in a Collections or Call Center environment. Leadership experience a plus.
Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
