Job description

工作职责：
1、根据客户所提供的素材，深入挖掘客户信息，结合学生特征和申请院校要求，设计切实可行并有自身特色的留学文书方案；
2、根据客户反馈的意见进行申请文书的修改和润色；
3、必要时与客户进行沟通，帮助学生挖掘自身优势及闪光点；
4、指导和协助客户完成全套申请的文书材料。

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the materials provided by the customer, dig deeper into the customer information, combine the characteristics of the students and the requirements of the applying institution, and design a practical and unique college admission application essay;
2. Modify and polish the application documents according to the feedback from customers;
3. Communicate with customers when necessary to help students tap their own advantages and shining points;
4. Guide and assist clients in completing a full set of application documents.

任职要求：

1、英语母语或达到母语标准；
2、热爱教育咨询工作，英文写作能力佳；
3、具有2年以上美国留本科或研究生申请文书书写作经验，熟悉各大高校不同的录取偏好级写作要求，能够适应不同的语言风格要求；
4、具有较强的跨文化理解能力，在工作量大的情况下能长时间保持对文字的敏感度，创新能力强；
5、良好的沟通能力和服务意识，有责任感，耐心细致，有团队合作精神，能高效的完成分配的各项任务；
6. 有在学校写作中心工作经验者有限。

Job Requirements:

1. Native English or reach the standard of native language;
2. Love education consulting work, good English writing ability;
3. More than 2 years of writing experience in application documents for undergraduate or graduate studies in the United States, familiar with the different admission preference writing requirements of major universities, and able to adapt to different language style requirements;
4. Strong cross-cultural understanding ability, able to maintain sensitivity to words for a long time under heavy workload, and strong innovation ability;
5. Good communication skills and sense of service, a sense of responsibility, patience and meticulousness, teamwork spirit, able to efficiently complete the assigned tasks;
6. Candidates with work experience in the school writing center, or with outstanding education background are highly preferred.

Salary: $23,121.21 - $61,192.77 per year
