Successful community bank has full-time career opportunity in Worthington for a Commercial Banker. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a background in C&I and commercial real estate. Developing and managing relationships with commercial clients, including small business, hospitality, warehousing, investment real estate and more. Collaborating with other departments within the bank, such as underwriting compliance operations, and legal to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will be expected to analyze the financial statements of clients to determine credit, worthiness and assess risk.

In this position you will be responsible for the management of borrowing and depository relationships with commercial clients. In this position you will develop community and business relationships. Willingness to provide a high level of professional customer service. You will be expected to meet sales in new client acquisition goals, sit by the bank and participating in marketing and business development initiatives.

Prior banking experience as a business banker is preferred. Fahey Bank offers an excellent compensation package with the opportunity for incentive bonuses.
