Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Carpenter to construct the framework of buildings and other structures according to construction plans. As a Commercial Carpenter you will construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of plywood, metal studs, and drywall using carpenter's hand tools and power tools making sure to conform to local building codes.
To be successful as a Commercial Carpenter, you should be able to interpret blueprints and have sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Ultimately, an exceptional Commercial Carpenter should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Metal Framing, Insulation, Drywall/Taping, Install Frames & Doors, Millwork installation, Acoustical Ceilings
- Studying specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required
- Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of construction and carpentry experience
- Must have driver's license and vehicle
- Must be ON TIME and RELIABLE
- Willing to work hard and be a team player
- Toolbelt with necessary hand and power tools
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Pride in craftsmanship
