Job description
Fulcrum Construction Group is seeking experienced Commercial Superintendents for projects located in the Gulf Coast Region.
- REGIONAL TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
- Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Knowledge in site work / civil construction experience is a plus
- Ground Up Commercial Experience is preferred
- Assists in the development of project schedules and updating of progress construction schedules
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. Schedule work, including subcontractors and owner vendors
- Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company and industry standards
- Prepares or review reports on progress and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports
- Review all drawings, i.e. shop, architectural, structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times
- Maintains a clean and organized work site
