Commercial Outside Coordinator

Production team oversees project management from start to finish in controlling human capital at job sites and ensuring that materials and all items that are needed are at location. This individual has direct ownership of job supervision and the direct ability to make decisions with team members.

Ideal Candidate

● experience in construction operations
● experience in a supervisory capacity
● Bachelor’s degree required but can be waived based off of experience
● Excellent project management skills
● Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
● Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group

Tasks

● Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity
● Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
● Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
● Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
● Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
● Establish and/or change workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
● Monitor production to resolve issues
● Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
● Ensure output meets quality standards
● Enforce health and safety precautions

Compensation

An annual salary amount of $38,000+ per year will be given based on desired skill sets that the candidate possesses. Within the company benefits, the employee will be able to attain PTO, vacation, health benefits within the guidelines that are within the employee handbook. A six-month review will be given from the initial hire date. Additional compensation may be given with the creation of marketing that had a substantial effect on sales.
