We are seeking an experienced and motivated commercial roofing estimator to join our team at Dereume Dunkel Roofing Co. Responsibilities

As an commercial roofing estimator at Dereume Dunkel Roofing Co. you will create detailed scope of work proposals for commercial and residential re-roofs and new construction projects through analysis of on-site measurements and field notes, historical data and architectural plans. The commercial roofing estimator will present completed proposals to customers and follow up to complete deals and secure projects and will participate in the management of projects and communication with the customer through the installation process.

Qualifications

The ideal commercial roofing estimator should be familiar with all types of roofing systems from single-ply and BUR to metal, shingles, slate and tile as well contract, general construction and building practices and be comfortable with heights. A college degree is preferred but not required. Commercial roofing estimators should have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and be comfortable working and staying organized in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
