Job description
The Dough Roller is responsible for working well within the commissary team, behaving professionally and providing great dough to our guests. By focusing their time around assigned shift duties, executing operational performance at a high level and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This job does require some heavy lifting. This job is an early morning shift starting every morning at 6 am. Experience using a Hobart mixer and dough sheeter would be a plus but we are willing to train. You must be at least 18 years of age.
