Description
- A key member of the IT Marketing and Communications team.
- We function as an internal Marketing agency and support internal employee communications and engagement for IT (8,000+ colleagues globally) and fully support the CIO and her IT
- Senior Leadership Team.
The primary function of this role is writing all types of content for email communications, newsletters, presentations, graphics, websites, videos and social media posts.

- We are the DEI Subject Matter experts for IT and are quite involved in DEI projects as well as fully support the IT Culture Committee.
Experience
- Must learn our intake and approval process
- Must learn and embrace the Brand and the Voice
- Works closely with technical subject matter experts to review and write content in a way that is consumable to non-IT readers.
- Will have creative freedom.
- Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment when writing.
- Performs many facets of Marketing work within the team.
- Contributes to the marketing strategies for projects, including organization websites and social media tools and social media analytics
- Work closely with graphic designers, writers, video specialists and SharePoint specialists on program development and implementation
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency/effectiveness
- Must understand and work in multiple social media platforms
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular and strict review process and adhere to brand guidelines
- Support various internal virtual and in person events and campaigns
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to management team
- Administer survey tool and generate relevant survey questions
- Analyze survey results providing both quantitative and qualitative reporting
- Assist with promotional item inventory and fulfillment SWAG
- Must be able to think creatively and craft written assignments as well as proof in a very detailed manner
- Interface with IT operations and subject matter experts in support of various internal information technology initiatives and communications to end users
- Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree 3-7 years of experience is required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office365 suite of services
- Manages multiple projects with matrixed delivery dates
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
