POSITION PURPOSE:
The Communities Coordinator is a key role in the day-to-day support of our KW Communities. This person has the passion to help and serve our community members by providing high level customer service and assisting the Communities Team administratively and operationally to grow, engage and retain Community members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative functions of the Communities Coordinator role
- Client Care calls and follow up
- Database maintenance
- Support multiple communities, as necessary
- Assist in the creation of launch and sunsetting procedures
- Assist with Community Launches & Sunsets
- Delegate and oversee work to Virtual Assistants, as necessary
- Maintain a 12-week sprint to meet established key performance indicators
- Assist with internal documentation, process mapping and system management
- Facilitate a smooth and seamless onboarding and offboarding for associates joining or departing the community
- Membership platform maintenance and management
- Keep the Community Specialist informed regarding any escalated problems or issues
- Represent the community at KW hosted national events
- Ensure service tickets of the community members are being answered in a timely and complete manner
- Assist in all other aspects, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of administrative experience
- Client Care experience
- Real estate experience and knowledge preferred
- Operations and/or client care experience preferred
- Experience with Hubspot, ZenDesk, Asana, Maxio, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Squarespace preferred
