Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an immediate opening for an experienced Community Director for its beautiful 104-unit apartment community located in Redlands CA.

The successful candidate will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance and EXCELLENT customer service in this beautiful 104-unit, Lewis-owned community.
As a Community Director, your responsibilities will include:
Consistent leadership to the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff.- Budgets & Property Marketing.
- Hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team.
- Reports, variances, occupancy, etc.
- Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction.
- Working with OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Our best Community Directors have 3+ years of property management experience, including a strong supervisory background and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping. A basic understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is also required. Your people skills should include all aspects of staff management. With our support, you will coach, reward, and lead your team to success each and every day.
