Computer Systems Analyst (Junior - Senior)

Position Description
The Computer Systems Analyst defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets requirements for new and/or modified tactical systems. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Participates in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability of programs.

Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Participate in the analysis of all tasks received from the Government customer
  • Review of Software Requirements Specifications
  • Develop and/or update Requirement Definition Documentation
  • Provide support to Government Operational/Developmental Test
  • Provide support to Government meetings and review boards

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • DoD SECRET clearance or higher required; Must be US Citizen
  • Five (5) years of Computerized System experience, to include: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.
  • Specific experience desired: Demonstrated experience with a C4ISR Program of Record (PoR) such as DCGS-MC All Source, DCGS-MC GEOINT, or DCGS-MC SIGINT. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing system designs in order to increase organizational efficiency
  • Experience with the development and implementation of software and hardware solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions to computer issues when necessary
  • Individual shall possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI access or be eligible to obtain SCI access without waiver at time of on boarding.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Individual shall be working towards the relevant certifications within one and a half
year after assuming duties: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification: Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applicable s Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud certifications, etc.

Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $48,000 - $103,000.
