Job Description: We are looking concession workers that will be responsible for selling concessions to spectators at a variety of events

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment
• Greet and service guests at the register, taking orders, and accepting payment (debit card, credit card, cash)
• Prepare food such as hot dogs, cheeseburger, nachos, pretzel while using standard health and safety procedures
• Replenish food at serving stations as needed
• Scrub and polish counters, team tables, and other equipment
• Clean dishes and fountain equipment
• Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary
• Stock and restock items as necessary
• Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations and COVID19

Education, Specialized Knowledge, and Experience:

In order to narrow down our search and applicant pool, we are requiring that ALL candidates meet the following necessary qualifications in order to apply:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to follow directions

• Must be a phenomenal team player.

• Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community and the Proof of the Pudding Team.

• Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Specialized Skills:

• Excellent listening skills, excellent customer service to go above and beyond clients’ needs.
• Preferred to live within 20 miles of Georgia International Horsepark
