Concierge

Sudler Property Management, the most respected residential property management firm in the Midwest, is the managing agent of Minneapolis's newest and most premier property, "Eleven on the River". We are currently recruiting building employees to be part of the successful front desk team. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate, a chance to be part of the best of the best in luxury living!

Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service industries

· Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor

· Impeccable manners and courtesy

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to learn job-specific computer applications

· Excellent knowledge of Minneapolis and surrounding areas

· Ability to provide residents with information about local businesses, events, and social activities in verbal and written form

· Must be able to work 8-hour shifts

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs

· Must be able to stand for an entire shift

Responsibilities:

· Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner

· Respect the privacy, information, perspectives, priorities, time, and resources of each resident

· Know the names of all residents and frequent guests

· Greet all residents and guests confidently and cordially upon entering the property

· Communicate resident concerns to property management

· Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property

· If required, oversee the loading dock

· Maintain regular attendance and highest standards of personal appearance and grooming

· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries

· Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and pass-on logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes

· Follow emergency procedures as directed by documents provided by the Property Manager

Pay and Benefits:

· Full-Time Position

· $20 – 22/hour
