Shift: Weekend Option

• Welcome residents and their families, providing information about the community and answering any questions they may have
• Assist residents with their daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations
• Plan and coordinate events and activities for the residents
• Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained
• Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors
• Handle resident emergencies and coordinate with appropriate staff
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to effectively communicate with residents and their families
• Ensure that all resident requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with residents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
