YOUR ROLE AS A CONCRETE FOREMAN

As a Concrete Foreman, you play an important role in our jobs. Each day, you ensure that the needed concrete is poured on time and finished in an excellent fashion. To do so, you oversee your team of laborers as they perform the necessary tasks, such as building forms, installing rebar, pouring the material, and finishing it with a float and by hand.

A team player, you don't hesitate to work side by side with your laborers, and you mentor and train them in the best ways to do certain tasks. You also ensure that things run smoothly by ordering the correct amount of concrete and scheduling delivery so that everything is ready when it arrives. Thanks to your diligent oversight, our jobs run like clockwork, and our clients are thrilled with the results. Producing fine work makes you feel great, and you're proud to head up such an outstanding team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONCRETE FOREMAN

• Ability to perform all aspects of the concrete construction process
• Proficiency in reading blueprints

This skilled trade position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm, and Friday, 7 am -3 pm.
