LAWSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
A Heavy Civil Concrete Construction Company is seeking an EXPERIENCED WORKING CONCRETE FOREMAN to Lead and manage Form Crews and Finish Crews for High Quality Curb & Gutter and Concrete Paving work.
Position Summary:
The Foreman will oversee and participate with crew members and equipment resources in concrete construction. A full understanding of correct construction practices in regards to Forming, pouring and finishing of concrete flatwork and curbs, gutters, ADA ramps. Must have the ability to read and understand blue prints, plans, drawings, specifications, communicate with inspectors and customers. Must have the ability to manage people and equipment resources. Order materials and complete daily work reports.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
Must possess the following Qualities:
- Responsible
- Able to manage and communicate with people
- Work Safe and maintain safe work area for others
- Complete knowledge of concrete construction
- Drivers License and clean MVR
- Have the ability to communicate with Inspectors and customers
- General math skills to figure concrete quantities/ volumes.
- Daily paperwork includes time cards, daily work reports, safety reports.
- Bilingual a plus.
Work area is the Colorado Front Range (Castle Rock to Wellington)
Wage depending on skill level and ability
