The Shared Business Services Center (SBSC) is seeking customer service focused individuals to join its team of specialists! We provide a hybrid remote working environment in which you will work up to 80% of the week from home, while reporting to campus at least one day per week. Concur specialists are responsible for daily travel card and reimbursement support, as well as financial assistance within the Shared Business Services Center. This supports includes but is not limited to preparing and tracking employee expense reports, making travel arrangements for OU students and guests, and allocating expenses to the appropriate chart fields.
Duties:
- Process Reimbursements
- Creates Financial reports upon request
- Reconciles accounts and funds
- Inputs financial data into databases
- Processes appointment request forms
- Prepares and submits Concur expense reports
- Arrange guest travel
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 months of experience in accounting/bookkeeping or related field.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of financial or accounting to include analysis, auditing, and budgeting
- Ability to understand a chart of accounts and code entries to proper account
- Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to communicate well and build rapport with students, faculty and staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
- Engage in repetitive motion
- Use of computer and calculator
- Standard office environment.
