Job Description:
- Enter all bills in a timely manner
- Capture all expenses and record on QuickBooks
- Reconcile all statements in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial statements showing business income and expenditures
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- Verify the accuracy of business accounts and alert Principals of errors
- Record and reconcile inaccuracies
- AIA Billing
- Maintaining all job vendor and customer files
