Job Description

Working within Chambers Creek, a premier active adult master-planned community, the Construction Manager has a unique opportunity to build in the same community for the foreseeable future. The ideal candidate has a passion for leadership and growing successful teams. They are an ambassador for the Caldwell Homes luxury brand and will be an engaged problem solver with a high degree of integrity. This position supports all functions of the home-building process including effective and timely communication with customers, vendors, and partners. The Sr. Construction Manager drives the production schedule and works to exceed all expectations with a focus on customer service and excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Construction Management or related field of study
• Demonstrated success in new home construction of at least 5 years
• Willingness and ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer Proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Working knowledge of State and Local building codes
• OSHA Certification
• Strong sense of urgency

Must be willing to travel to Willis, TX
