Job description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades Direct Placement Services is looking for a Project Engineer for one of their contractor clients located in O'Fallon, IL. This position will report to an office on a daily basis working under the direction of Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers to identify, process and log submittals as required for construction projects
- Develop subcontract documents for processing and execution under the direction of Project Managers
- Assist with other document requirements related to construction projects
- Develop agendas and document meeting minutes
- Assist in assembling subcontractor lists for bidding opportunities and providing support during bidding process
- Attend job site walk-throughs
Requirements:
- Construction Management degree - 3 years construction experience
- Organized with ability to multitask
- Federal government experience is preferred
- Able to finish work requirements on time meeting or exceeding deadlines
- Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
