Job Summary:

The role of the Construction Project Foreman is to supervise the construction team to ensure they are working efficiently and safely. The Construction Project Foreman will be available to troubleshoot routine problems, ensure all team members are scheduled accordingly and any concerns are addressed on site.

Responsibilities and duties:

· Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

· Produce employee and project schedules

· Manage and monitor members attendance and work

· Adhere to relevant safety regulations

· Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

· Monitor expenditures

· Keep budget in check

· Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues

· Allocate and delegate responsibilities

· Supervise, train and give feedback to workers

· Ensure labor and other resources necessary

· Prepare and present progress

· Report project progress to superiors

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Be the liaison between construction workers and property owners

· Solve disputes between workers

· Ensure that a project is adequately staffed

· Assign tasks to construction workers

· Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget

Skills Required:

· Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment

· Familiarity with blueprints

· Good time-management skills.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-year experience
• Experience working within teams.
• Experience working at multiple projects.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED
• H&S Certifications preferred

What We offer:

• Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, 40 Hours per week, Available for OT hours
• $26 - $36 per hour based on experience
• Car allowance, plus gas
