Job description

Quality Contracting, Inc. is a well-established company based in Auburn that
performs both residential and commercial construction. We are looking for
qualified individuals with residential construction background to perform
estimating and project management duties.

Skills & Qualifications:
Current MA Construction Supervisor License a plus
Complete knowledge of all phases of construction and current building codes.
Experience in construction estimating required; Xactimate experience is a plus.
Ability to effectively present and communicate information to clients, vendors, and employees.
Proficient in reading construction drawings, scheduling, and comprehending specifications to prepare cost estimates.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
