We are currently looking for a Residential Construction Manager to run houses from ground-breaking to CO.

Responsibilities:
- Provide positive direction to Trade Partners on a job to job basis.
- Daily visits to job sites to document job progress in BuilderTrend.
- Manage build schedules by communicating with management and Trade Partners.
- Inspect houses throughout the build to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Schedule punch work and corrections with Trade Partners to complete builds on time.
- Schedule inspections for each phase of the build.
- Ordering materials for each job.
- Utilizing Buildertrend to manage each job.
- Meet construction budget and timeline by monitoring project expenses, identifying VPOs, and implementing corrections.
- Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong organization skills are a must.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient in Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. BuilderTrend knowledge a plus.
- Ability to learn new software products quickly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and process large amounts of information quickly.
