One of San Diego’s premier GC’s is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their Life Science Division. Upward mobility and job security with at least $650MM in backlog over the next 3 years.

All projects are local so there’s no regional or national travel required for this role. Great company that’s employee focused, out there doing the big work and building San Diego.

Exciting projects going on, and others coming up that are in the $85MM to $250MM range so we’re looking for someone with deep experience in Healthcare and Life Science that has experience working on $40MM+ jobs.

The budget is open when it comes to the salary component, honestly willing to make the numbers work for the right talent (up to $220K), and there’s a 20%+ bonus component that’s derived from individual and company performance. Start with 3-4 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, 401k match, company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet, and 100% company paid healthcare.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Construction Superintendent: 5 years (Required)
• Healthcare Construction: 3 years (Required)
