AtoZ Window Screens is looking for great men who want to do great things!

About the Job:

The typical work week schedule is a steady, M-F beginning at 7am-4pm. Overtime is available. Occasional Saturday Shifts.

We are hiring field techs. It is the field technicians' job to install the window screens, sun screens, screen doors, and security doors onto our customer's homes while being great ambassadors for our AtoZ Brand.

No experience necessary. We provide the opportunity, tools, uniforms, vehicle, & Training. You provide the sweat. Together we reap the rewards ;-)

Position Requirements:

• Likes to have fun and work on an A+++ team!

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and be trustworthy, reliable, and able to keep their promises to others.

• Stellar organizational skills and habits. Keeping the tools and service vehicle clean and organized is a must.
• Experience with working with their hands and tools - mechanical skills is a plus.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a clean DMV record
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check
• Adhere to strict dress and grooming standards
• Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Be comfortable with ladders and working up high
• Have excellent balance and hand / eye coordination
• Be able to lift at least 75lbs

• Have reliable transportation and arrive to work on time each day

About AtoZ Window Screens:

A to Z Window Screens was founded in 1995 by a young college student named Aaron Zambrana. In an attempt to pay his way through college and provide for his family without taking out student loans, Aaron began a small window cleaning business. As time went on, he began fixing broken bug screens as well, which ended up being his main focus. Although the window screen business kept Aaron busy throughout the spring and summer, he began to add additional products and services such as security doors, security window screens, sun screens (also known as solar screens or privacy screens).

With a small, nimble, family oriented staff, we are driven to excellence. We have a half hour training session every morning. We treat one another with kindness, respect, and a little hint of humor on a constant basis ;-).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
