Consultant

Collaborate with customers functional and technical teams to ensure database-based solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, and deployed.

Deliver innovative database /data warehousing solutions to financial industries utilizing experience in all aspects of analytics/data warehousing solutions: Database issues, Data modeling, Data mapping, ETL Development, metadata management, data migration and reporting solutions.

Develop stored procedures, functions, Views and Triggers, Complex queries using SQL Server, TSQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

Resolve on-going maintenance issues and bug fixes; monitor Informatica sessions as well as performance tuning of mappings and sessions.

Perform system analysis, design, coding and testing, Data Warehousing implementations, Data Migration and ETL for Product Development and Finance.

Conduct Dimensional Data Modeling using Erwin 4.5/7.3 and Ralph Kimball Approach, Star/Snowflake Modeling, Data marts, OLAP, FACT & Dimensions tables, Physical & Logical data modeling, and Data Modeling Tools Visio.

Develop POC, implement key integration patterns, and contribute in designing end to end solution.

May be assigned to and provide products/support to specific industry groups such as automotive, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, and Information Technology.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related. Five (5) years of Information Technology, Development, or related experience. Five (5) years of IT, Development, or related experience must include: ETL Tools such as: ESP or Talend; OLAP Tools such as: Tableau or Crystal Reports; Data Modeling such as: Erwin or TOAD; RDBMS such as: Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake; and Programming Languages such as: Python or Scala.

Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute. EOE. 8AM to 5PM. M-F. 40. hrs/wk. Salary: $148,512 – $149,512.
