As our Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing an effective and enticing solar proposal presentation in order to entice customers, close the deal, and increase sales. Requirements: Responsibilities for a Consultant:

• Deliver a proven sales presentation and consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their homes
• Assist residential homeowners with identifying products that best fit their needs
• Qualify prospective customers, using both established and creative lead methods to build your book of business
• Achieve sales goals, including quotas, lead response timeliness, and meeting conversions
• Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead-qualifying activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community

Qualifications for a Consultant:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver License and transportation
• Possess the ability to walk, or equivalent, 5 to 6 hours per day
• Schedule is usually five days a week but could go up to six days depending on the season
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance
• _ Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred_

Wage and Benefits for a Consultant:

• $12.50/hr ($500 paid weekly) + production bonus + uncapped commission (paycheck every Friday)
• Total compensation ability to earn $100k+ (avg. specialist earns $75k annually)
