Stoneridge Software is looking for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant to lead implementation efforts for D365 SCM in Dynamics 365 | Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) / F&O. As part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible for business process and application design, mapping to client business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals within supply chain management. The core part of our team’s mission is to help our clients win. This role will require in-depth D365 SCM and implementation experience as well as someone who is passionate about continuing to learn and grow while helping others be successful. From gathering requirements through guiding our clients through best practices, you will play a key part of our mission to ensure our clients’ success.

This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

A Day in the Life

    • On new and/or existing implementations, design the supply chain solution and perform setup for the client's including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third party applications.
    • Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs.
    • Serves as a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.
    • Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions.
    • Participate with data migration and testing
    • Participate in converting client requirements to functional specs and design documents
    • Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of core solutions modules
    • Participate in post-implementation client support as needed
    • Create internal technical documentation, contribute to blog content, and participate in group discussions on process improvement
    • Participates in document creation and conducts training sessions with clients
    • Performs demonstrations of D365 SCM to clients as part of project execution as part of our proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology

Required Qualifications

    • 1+ Years leading D365 F&SCM module implementations
    • 2-5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
    • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
    • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
    • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
    • Strong customer relationship skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

    • Travel Required:
      Incumbent is expected to up to 20% of the time to meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
