Title: Consumer Contact Center Representative - Yearbook
Location: Remote or Owatonna, MN
Core Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, overtime as needed

Job Summary:
This is an entry level customer service phone position primarily supporting our Yearbook team. Primary responsibility is to provide consumer requests by inbound and outbound phone and written communications relating to orders, status, requests, and general information.
Job Description:
Answers inbound calls for sales and service
- Sales, including cross selling/upselling
- Completes brochure request
- Research customer requests
- Updates order information
- Tracks order status
- Follow up communication with consumers requesting additional information regarding their orders
- Outbound calling to customers with past due accounts
- Miscellaneous duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Computer and keyboarding skills including Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- Detail orientated; accuracy in dealing with data and systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve established goals and meet crucial deadlines.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing direct customer support is preferred
- Ring knowledge is preferred
Compensation:
- $16 - 17 hourly non-exempt
