Job Summary

This role shall concentrate on using the concepts of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement in our food-production facilities. This position will make use of engineering processes, tools, and data analysis. Interact with employees at all levels and in a variety of roles both within our many facilities and across the business. The ultimate goal of this role is to exhibit maximum effectiveness while consistently evaluating crucial procedures, systems, and putting in place long-term beneficial programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Using consistency and uniformity, it is possible to identify, prioritize, and carry out ongoing improvement efforts.
  • To introduce innovative goods to market, use both conventional and cutting-edge test engineering methodologies, procedures, and skill sets.
  • Find cost-saving opportunities through product specifications, production processes, and equipment modifications.
  • Drive results that are always improving by utilizing Lean principles, processes, and technologies, consulting expertise, and change management techniques.
  • Assist in formulating operational requirements and make sure that continuous improvement is put into practice.
  • Approaches and programs to successfully meet or surpass corporate needs and customer expectations.
  • Directly deliver Lean training and capability building, both formal and informal.
  • Create sound engineering procedures, then put them into use in a manufacturing environment that moves quickly.
  • To drive continuous improvement, identify and oversee initiatives utilizing Industrial Engineering and Lean Six Sigma technologies.
  • Adheres to stringent quality management standards and guidelines that verify our commitment to operational honesty.
  • Participate in project meetings, such as kickoffs, planning sessions, progress sessions, and lessons-learned sessions, among others.
  • Carry out any more assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • With 5+ years of plant experience in technical or management roles
  • Effective verbal and written skills - comfortable presenting to a group
  • Must have a high degree of analysis, problem solving, and creativity
  • Italian speaking and writing a plus
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of statistical methods and process improvement techniques.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal), team building and demonstrated leadership skills with all level in the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
