Antolin Alabama is currrently hiring for a Controller!

Mission: Manages the facilities financial planning and accounting practices. Management, maintenance and accuracy validation of all financial statements.

• Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, and insurance activities for the organization.
• Provides and directs procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
• Directs activities as custodian to funds and assets of the facility. Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports.
• Prepares reports, which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Assists and coordinates the establishment of budget programs.
• Analyzes, consolidates, and directs accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine financial reports.
• Analyzes and negotiates risk assessment and insurance policies for protection against property losses and potential liability.
• Schedules and coordinates the company audits and complaince with tax and other regulatory agencies.
• Establishes or recommends major economics, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operation. Cash forecasting - associated compilation and analysis, along with review of check runs.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or equivalent work experience.

Professional Experience: Five to ten years of related experience in a Finance role with increasing responsibilities. Experience in automotive and SAP are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
