The American Bar & Grill inside the Best Western Woodhaven Inn in Woodhaven, MI is looking to hire a COOK.
This position requires flexibility working evenings 2pm to 10pm/11pm depending on demand and the day. This job requires you to be independent and to have knowledge of a kitchen.
You will establish quality standards for all menu items and food production practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of cooking experience preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and service trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
