Culhane’s Irish Pub, Jacksonville, Florida ~ “Top 10% Worldwide Restaurant by TripAdvisor 2020”, is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager, an exceptional leader who is passionate about cooking and building a team with excellent communication and time management skills as well as the ability to create & nurture a culinary team with exceptional service and superior event organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, training and developing of staff, complying with state health code and food safety procedures, working closely with the management team to meet revenue goals, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment, complying with company policy and procedures and cost controls relating to inventory and budgets.

Our modern sports pubs specialize in ‘Comfort Food with an Attitude’ ~ delicious food, authentic Irish specialties and unforgettable service! Culhane’s is owned by 4 Sisters originally from Limerick, Ireland, who have nurtured their two restaurants since opening the first location in 2005. Their successes continue to win awards for BEST in JAX and Best Fish N” Chips ~ plus the excitement surrounding their up-and-coming 5 Sisters Spirit Vodka.

Use ALL of your TALENTS:

• Plan menus & oversee venue, equipment and food
• Monitor/Order all banquet supplies
• Adhere to health industry regulations & standards for all food & beverage
• Research banquet trends & promote ‘competitive banquet services’

Share your CREDENTIALS:

• Accredited course in culinary management or similar credentials
• 2-5 years’ experience in culinary management
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality & culinary arts or similar credentials
• Experience in Hiring, Training and Managing culinary staff
• Ability to maintain banquet services within budget
• Exceptional interpersonal communication with all staff and management
