Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Be a team player and work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure quality dishes are being served to each and every guest
• Clean up duties as assigned after each shift and throughout the week to keep kitchen up to excellent level of cleanliness
• Stock inventory and keep items in an organized fashion to ensure first in, first out order
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the rest of the kitchen staff and FOH staff

Skills

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

• Very good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
