Summary of Position
Under the direction of a Cook II or Executive Chef prepare menu items for the main kitchen while adhering to standardized recipes and portion controls. Items will include cyclic menu offerings and special event creations. Maintain a clean environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocol

Other minimum qualifications
High school graduation, or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in some phase of quantity cooking or food preparation. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy work. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment, as necessary.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Serv-Safe certification, high volume cooking experience, ability to multi-task
