This position is responsible for providing seamless customer service in the area of meals/floor stock/nourishment/food preferences. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and is aware of minimum standards for a quality food service operation. Responsible for accuracy of all assembled meal orders, maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies and rotating products for maximum quality.

Required qualifications:

• Experience cooking with industrial cooking equipment.
• 6 months Prior restaurant and/or institutional food service experience.
• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• Required upon hire: TB test completed by start date; ability to pass a full background check and drug screen.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years Experience in a healthcare-related culinary environment (prep work and/or grill work).
• Customer service experience.
