Basic Job Function:
To assist in management of all aspects of retail and front of house operations for the Sea Island Golf Performance Center. Responsibilities include but not limited to retail management and golf instruction coordination. To uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience particularly in golf and/or golf retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Dress Code Policy
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all golf instruction, club fitting, and golf fitness related inquiries
- Manage golf lesson schedules and direct students as needed
- Build, quote, and coordinate small group programs
- Work closely with Golf Performance Center Manager to maintain the front desk operation
- Assists in execution of visual merchandising updates
- Assists with receipt of goods and ticketing according to procedure as needed
- Performs strategic activity on the floor, which includes restocking and floor moves
- Responsible for conducting physical inventories three (3) times per year
- Maintain stationary and supplies for the GPC Front Desk
- Answer any questions guests may have about Sea Island or the area to the best of one’s ability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Ability to function as a role model ensuring that the guest and member stay top priority
- Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
- Conducts and/or assists Supervisor with all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb, stand, sit, balance, reach, bend, push, pull and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, carry, pull and push up to 30 lbs intermittently throughout a shift
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- May be exposed to mechanical, electrical, chemical and fume hazards
- Ability to maintain compliance with Sea Island’s Company Resort Professional Image Policy
