Coordinator, Visual Content Creation
Your primary mission is to assist the visual creative department for Nashville & New York. This will include administrative work as well as assisting with logistics for larger creative projects. This includes but not limited to overseeing WFH paperwork between legal and outsourced partners, managing creative expenses and handling ERF/paperwork for all projects, Helping with solicitation for lyric videos as well as assisting with logistics between label/artists/managers, Managing master creative assets and the upload/distribution to Nashville staff, and overseeing art copy for physical releases.
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Overseeing all WFH’s between legal & our outsourced videographers, photographers, directors, etc.
- Managing Creative Expenses and handling ERF/paperwork for all projects
- Helping solicit lyric video treatments and handling logistics for edits between label/artist/managers as well as following through to completion
- Overseeing completion of audio videos for all releases
- Assisting with logistics, research, communication for large video and photography projects
- Managing master creative assets and upload/distribution to Nashville Staff
- Overseeing art copy for physical releases
- Helping with logistics for BMG Nashville/NY Creative Needs
Must Haves.
- You have an interest in the creative field; specifically design, videos and photography.
- You have basic understanding of creative and marketing departments.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
- You are comfortable working in a team and a self-starter.
- You have strong organization skills and excellent time management.
