About the Job:

Youtech is looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team. This position is full-time in-house and in the office Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for writing compelling text published in print or digital format for our clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Write thorough brand-centric content for web pages, blogs, and emails
• Provide unstoppable conversion-based copy for ads and landing pages
• Educate readers on a subject while ultimately driving them toward a call-to-action
• Conduct interviews and recreate them in written form
• Audit client websites for new content opportunities, and assist in building out strategies and/or executing campaigns
• Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon our current strategy
• Help with preparation for client meetings and presentations
• Uphold general knowledge of the social media industry

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent creative and writing skills
• Ability to create advertising slogans and copy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to determine clients’ needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Creativity. At the end of the day, our clients need content that sets them apart from their competitors. You can think differently and differentiate the content you write, from other brands.
• Self-motivated. If you see an opportunity, you dive in headfirst and get it accomplished.
• Versatility. The ability to create content for a variety of mediums, across multiple industries, is essential for all Copywriters.
• Ability to write without a prompt. Oftentimes, you’ll need to identify, research, plan, and produce valuable content on your own.
• Tech-savviness. You know how to navigate the online world and understand the significance of being resourceful.
• Adaptability. It’s integral for a Copywriter to be agile in both thought processes and writing styles.
• Ability to analyze results. Is one strategy working significantly better than another? A Copywriter needs to be able to identify and effectively act upon analytics and data.
