The Corporate Food and Beverage Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, and experience in the food and hospitality industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate EVP of Food and Beverage and the SVP of Culinary Operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Maintained records and files, including contracts, invoices and vendor agreements.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including menu development, room setup and staffing.
  • Act as a liaison between the Food and Beverage team and other departments, including Sales, Marketing and Accounting.
  • Process purchase orders and expense reports and ensure invoices are processed promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Able to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
