We are looking for a sharp and reliable Corporate Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to
join our team. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to our corporate office in San Juan
Capistrano, CA during normal business hours. We offer competitive salaries, a full benefits

Position Summary:
As a Corporate Recruiter with onboarding responsibilities, you will report directly to Senior
Leadership and Executive Management. This role will primarily focus on technical staff
recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new employees throughout their first six months of
tenure. In addition, you will support various business, office, and Executive Management
needs alongside the primary responsibilities mentioned.
The position requires a professional individual with a high standard of quality, efficiency,
and organization as well as the drive and initiative to complete tasks independently within a
team environment. This position will require the candidate to prioritize multiple
responsibilities and pro-actively manage and drive others to complete their tasks by
engaging with staff and various departments. The candidate will be required to think
critically and solve problems in a self- sufficient manner with support provided as needed.
The candidate’s experience and qualifications we are seeking include:
- Lead technical recruiting, focused on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring engineering
- Develops proactive outreach programs to engage with Engineering Talent using
- Oversee and implement the employee onboarding process, including training and
employee integration onto client projects;
- Support corporate recruiting for operations roles, as necessary;
- Implement full Recruiting process management with scheduling, skills and
career fair support, candidate communication, and building candidate databases;
- Manage online job boards and candidate databases;
- Support the other HR functions, as necessary;
- Work with teams to ensure proper communication and execution of HR initiatives;
- Provide additional support to technical projects and staff, Proposals Team,
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
with minimum GPA of 3.0; GPA will be verified;
- 8 to 20 years of work experience in technical recruiting;
- Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive recruiting
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter and other job posting systems;
- Experienced at technical screening and interviewing, in particular with
- Knowledge of federal and local labor laws and regulations;
- Knowledge of Human Resources or Business Administration best practices for a
- Solid organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work
- Excellent verbal and written communication; and
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel,
