Who are we & what do we do?

We're in a category called touchup & punch-list services for the construction industry. We're the last guys in a new home before it gets turned over to the cleaners and the keys handed off to the new owners. We're the people who fix chips and scratches on cabinets, doors, trim, handrails and near about every other thing found in the home, office, or commercial space.

We specialize in repairing damages on most hard surface materials and serve a broad range of clients including new home builders, custom builders, cabinet distributors, apartment complexes, and many others. If artistically fixing things sounds like fun, we'd like to talk to you...

Where do we work?

We service all along the Front Range. Though most of our work takes place surrounding the Denver/Boulder Metro, we service everywhere from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

Who is this for?

We're not gonna lie to you, you're gonna fail at some repairs, and its going to happen alot. This job can be difficult emotionally, sometimes you will do everything right, but a flaw will still happen forcing you to re-repair the area again and thats ok. It happens. How do you react and respond when your under the gun to finish your work and head home and a repair fails and needs to be redone?

The ideal candidate will possess:

• ability to distinguish colors from each other
• 2-3 days per week availability

What do we offer?

We're looking for a part-time candidate to start with us, with the option for full time in the future. $22/hr to start, $25/hr within 3 months. Weekly fuel reimbursement stipend (negotiable depending on location). Pay raises based on your abilities & skills, not on time-in-job or seniority, annual COL adjustments.

You must have and be able to pass:

• Own transportation & Auto insurance
• Pass Background Check
• Pass Drug Screening - Marijuana OK

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

• Are you generally available during the timeframes of 7am - 5pm? You wont be scheduled 7a-5p but these are the hours we generally conduct business between.

• We perform our work "on-site", that means we travel to and from different locations each day and do not have a central office from which we work. Some days we will be in Erie, and others in the DTC area. Occasionally we might be working in Colorado Springs or Fort Collins. Do you understand that you will have varying commutes depending on work location and that it will be your responsibility to ensure timely arrival?
