Hello! We build a wide variety of agricultural ground engagement blades and accessories on the market today. We have been in the Quad Cities since 2008. We are currently experiencing high growth across our various teams. As a result, we are looking to add a Cost Analyst to our team, and YOU could be our next great addition. Are you ready to have an impact on our business? Don't hesitate and apply right away! We are looking for a strong cost analyst who will report to the facility plant controller. The position will be located at our Agrisolutions facility in Rock Island, Illinois. Using your background in auditing and financial analysis to support the financial management of the company. An ideal candidate is both detail and data oriented. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to costing analysis, auditing, and financial reporting. Key partners include the plant controller, Finance Team, Vendors, and Warehouse management team.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze monthly reports ranging from operating results to material costs.
- Be a stake holder in annual budgeting and auditing processes.
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances
- Own costing systems
- Assist and inform cost management decision making on cost standards
- Work with finance team to support the financial reporting process.
- Work will be hybrid remote!
Role Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Holding a recognized professional accounting designation or being in the process of attaining one is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years related work experience in manufacturing environment, costing experience is preferred.
- Experience working cross functionally within an organization.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP system, particularly costing
